Officers responded to the call at SJ’s Liquor and Vape Shop around 2:00 a.m. and when they arrived they found shattered glass and saw Gilbert walking out the building.

Authorities announced themselves and quickly arrested Gilbert, who had a bag of stolen items on him.

The bag consisted of stolen vape products, Delta 8, cigars and lighters with a total value of $1,672.07.
