Two tenth graders at Wilmer Hutchins High School were chatting in class when gunfire erupted from the shooting that injured four people.


Tracy Denard Haynes Jr., 17, turned himself in at the Lew Sterrett Justice Center around 9 p.m. on Tuesday. He has been booked into the Dallas County Jail and is charged with four counts of aggravated assault, a first-degree felony, related to the mass shooting at Wilmer Hutchins High School. Haynes is being held on a $600,000 bond, which is $150,000 for each count.

  1. The bullying needs to stop kids also need to go to counseling after or during bullying. Tell their parents parents need to get involved. because violence is not the answer either way it goes it’ll be two lives ruined forever instead of one…
