Two Dead, One Injured in Early Morning South Dallas Shooting

DALLAS – In a tragic incident early Sunday morning, a shooting in South Dallas has left two individuals dead and one person injured. The event took place around 3:30 a.m. at the intersection of Elsie Faye Heggins Street and South Malcolm X Boulevard, where a vehicle opened fire on a large crowd gathered in a parking lot. Witnesses reported that members of the crowd returned fire as the vehicle fled the scene. Currently, no suspects have been apprehended, and authorities have not released the identities of the victims.
