Tracy Haynes spoke after the shooting that injured four students at Wilmer-Hutchins High School, saying, “Many people threatened to kill me, and now look what’s happened. I would rather you see me loved up then dead in the ground.”

Tracy Denard Haynes Jr., 17, turned himself in at the Lew Sterrett Justice Center around 9 p.m. on Tuesday. He has been booked into the Dallas County Jail and is charged with four counts of aggravated assault, a first-degree felony, related to the mass shooting at Wilmer Hutchins High School. 1. This Is So Sad That It Came To This When You Could Have Reached Out To Someone For Pertection Straining Order Something Good Thing Nobody Died 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽And You Safe Now

    1. them kids don’t care about tht. my daughter got jumped by five students and because she hit back to defend her self she got in trouble too. The world enable the bullies but don’t be there to protect the ones getting bullied.

  2. That’s crazy he had to protect himself, no more protection in the school districts. Bullying is serious and nobody is taking it serious. This child had to protect hisself to see another day. This some BS, and I know those teachers and faculty members know that those kids were bullies and danger to other people children, and did nothing. I believe the school district should be held accountable for it because you could have saved him from these cowards. It’s self-defense and whoever kids that were involved in the shooting or the bullying their parents just as wrong as in the staff. the fact that this boy was crying for help and y’all did nothing to assist the school should be shut down.

  3. po po baby I feel sorry for him I’ll pray for him only God can help you cuz the system ain’t

  4. sooo, he thought it was to go into the school and shoot randomly at whomever instead of identifying his intended target?
