San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office Prosecutors announced that the 7Eleven employees seen in a video beating an attempted robbery suspect will not be prosecuted.

The incident took place on July 28 when officers received a call regarding a robbery, around 3:41 a.m., on South Center Street.

On July 29 Frazier came back to the 7Eleven around 12:30 a.m. and robbed the store again.

This time he demanded money and threatened to shoot the clerks but they did not comply. Frazier allegedly grabbed some food and placed the items in a trash bag and left before officers could arrive.

The third time Frazier went back to the 7Eleven but the robbery wasn’t reported because it was caught all on a video that went viral.

When authorities reviewed the video they saw a man that looked like Frazier wearing a blue face mask. He is seen grabbing multiple items and putting them in a large trash can.

About a minute into the video you can see one employee try to stop Frazier and then you see another one grab a stick and start to beat him.

Frazier was able to get away and contacted 911 complaining of pains to his shoulder and legs. He was transported to an area hospital to be checked out and told officers he didn’t know why he was in pain.

On August 7, officers were able to connect Frazier to the multiple robberies at 7Eleven and he was arrested and taken into custody.
