An investigation is underway after a man was fatally shot by Desoto police officers Friday morning.

On December 13, 2024, around 10:39 a.m. DeSoto police dispatch received a 911 hang-up call from a residence in the 1000 block of Hunter’s Creek Dr. When contact was reestablished, the caller identified himself as Arthur Lee Armstrong, Jr., a 26-year-old man, stating that he possessed “several” weapons and intended to harm police officers.

The DeSoto Police Department dispatched patrol officers to the scene after a second caller confirmed that Armstrong was with multiple residents at the location and was armed with a knife. Upon arrival, officers encountered Armstrong in the front yard, armed with a knife in each hand. He approached the officers aggressively, ignoring repeated commands to stop and drop the weapons.

As he closed the distance to the officers, a DeSoto officer fired a single shot from a patrol rifle, hitting Armstrong in the chest. Officers disarmed him and immediately initiated lifesaving efforts. Armstrong was transported by DeSoto EMS to Central Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

In response to the incident, the Major Crimes Unit from the Grand Prairie Police Department’s Investigative Services Bureau has been called in to lead the investigation.

Additionally, the Public Integrity Unit of the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office was notified, and an investigator has been assigned to conduct an independent inquiry. The officer who discharged his weapon during this incident has been placed on paid administrative leave in accordance with DeSoto Police Department policy while investigations are ongoing.

We recognize the significant impact that events like this can have on our community, the individuals involved, and their families. The DeSoto Police Department is conducting a comprehensive investigation into the circumstances of the incident and is committed to providing updates as more information becomes available.

  2. I have feared this will happen to my son who suffersfrom TBI thanks to footballconcussions. . Thank goodness Mckinney PD know how to handle him and have not been quick to pull the trigger. I feel for the family that felt so helpless to help him and pray that they can find peace in such a horrific ending to a love one’s life who was struggling and never got the help he needed.

  3. The Ultimate Post Cycle Therapy Guide: Best Practices & Tips

    # Best Post Cycle Therapy Guide 2025: PCT Supplements & Results

Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) has become a cornerstone in the world of bodybuilding and performance enhancement.
After a cycle of steroid usage or intense training with SARMs, PCT is essential for resetting your body’s hormonal balance
and restoring natural hormone production. With advancements in 2025,
the options for effective PCT supplements have expanded, offering more targeted and efficient solutions.

    ## What is Post Cycle Therapy?

Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) is a protocol used to restore the body’s natural hormonal balance after completing a steroid or SARMs cycle.
Steroids and certain SARMs can suppress your body’s
ability to produce hormones like testosterone naturally.

By using specialized supplements during PCT, you can help
kickstart your body’s recovery and prevent the negative effects of hormone suppression.

    ## Best Post Cycle Therapy Supplements

The effectiveness of PCT largely depends on the quality and
type of supplements used. Here are some top-rated options for
    2025:

    – **TestoPrime**: This supplement is designed to support testosterone restoration by enhancing
liver function and stimulating natural testosterone production.
    – **Nolvadex**: Widely recognized as one of the most effective aromatase inhibitors, it
helps convert excess estrogen into usable testosterone, promoting a
    more balanced hormonal state.
    – **Clomid**: Known for its ability to restore ovulation and hormone balance in both males and females, Clomid is a cornerstone of PCT regimens.

    – **HCG**: Human Chorionic Gonadotropin supplements can help stimulate testicular function and
natural testosterone production, especially during longer steroid cycles.

    – **Arimidex**: Another aromatase inhibitor
that supports the reduction of estrogen while maintaining or increasing testosterone levels.

    ## How Does Post Cycle Therapy Work?

PCT works by counteracting the negative effects of hormone suppression caused by steroids or SARMs.
By using supplements like TestoPrime, Nolvadex, and Clomid, you can support your body’s
natural recovery process. These supplements target different
    aspects of hormonal health:

    – **Testosterone Support**: Supplements like TestoPrime stimulate the release of hormones from the testes,
    enhancing natural testosterone production.
    – **Estrogen Management**: Aromatase inhibitors like Nolvadex and Arimidex help manage estrogen levels, preventing it from
    dominating over testosterone.
    – **Ovarian Health**: Clomid is particularly effective for restoring ovarian function in females, which is crucial for maintaining hormonal balance.

    ## When to Start Post Cycle Therapy?

The timing of PCT is critical for optimal results.
Most athletes start PCT within a few days after ending their steroid or SARMs
cycle. The duration varies based on the length and type of cycle:

    – **Short Cycles (4-6 weeks)**: PCT should be initiated immediately,
    often starting within 24 hours.
    – **Longer Cycles (8-12 weeks)**: PCT typically begins after a short break to allow the
    body time to recalibrate.

    ## Best Post Cycle Therapy

Choosing the right PCT supplement requires careful consideration of your individual needs and cycle history.
For steroid users, Nolvadex and Clomid are staples, while SARMs users
often benefit from TestoPrime or MK-677.

    ## Steroid Use & Post Cycle Therapy

For individuals using anabolic steroids, a robust PCT is essential to minimize the negative effects of steroid use on the
endocrine system. Steroids suppress natural hormone production, and without proper PCT, recovery can be
    slow or incomplete.

    ## SARMS & Post Cycle Therapy

SARMs like MK-677 (Ibutamoren) and RAD 140 also suppress hormones, making PCT
necessary after their use. These compounds can be particularly challenging
due to their selective suppression of certain hormones, so a comprehensive PCT approach is often required.

    ## Dosage Recommendations

The effectiveness of PCT supplements depends heavily on proper dosing.
    Here are general guidelines:

    – **TestoPrime**: Typically taken twice daily, with 4-6 weeks being the standard duration.
    – **Nolvadex**: The standard dosage is 20-50mg per day, often divided into two doses to manage side effects.

    – **Clomid**: Dosages vary from 25-100mg per day, with treatment durations of 3-8 months.

    – **HCG**: Generally administered twice weekly,
with a maximum dosage of 500-1000 IU per injection.

    ## Where to Buy Post Cycle Therapy Supplements

When purchasing PCT supplements, it’s crucial to choose reputable
sources. Online retailers often offer better prices and
more variety, but always verify the legitimacy and quality of the products.

**Pharmacies**: Pharmacies carry regulated versions of these supplements, providing
assurance of their safety and effectiveness.
**Online Suppliers**: Many online stores sell high-quality PCT products,
often at competitive prices, but research is essential to avoid counterfeit products.

    ## How to Use Post Cycle Therapy Supplements

Using PCT supplements correctly involves following dosage guidelines and monitoring your progress.

Blood work is highly recommended before and
during PCT to ensure optimal results and minimize side effects.

    ## Side Effects of Post Cycle Therapy

While generally safe when used as directed, PCT supplements
    can still have side effects:

    – **Nolvadex**: May cause mild estrogenic effects, leading to symptoms like gynecomastia.

    – **Clomid**: Can impact cholesterol levels and increase the risk of blood
    clots.
    – **HCG**: May lead to testicular atrophy if used improperly.

    ## Post Cycle Therapy Results

The results from PCT can vary widely depending on individual
factors, the quality of supplements, and adherence to proper
protocol. With consistent use and appropriate follow-up,
most athletes experience significant improvements in energy, libido, and overall physical
    performance.

    ## User Reviews & Feedback

    – **Positive Reviews**: Many users praise TestoPrime and Nolvadex for their effectiveness in restoring natural hormone production.
    – **Negative Feedback**: Some report mild side effects or insufficient results when not adhering
    to proper dosage guidelines.

    ## Conclusion

Post Cycle Therapy is a critical component of any steroid or
SARMs cycle. By choosing the right supplements, following proper dosages, and maintaining consistency, you can effectively reset
your hormonal balance and enhance recovery.

Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement
regimen to ensure safety and effectiveness. In 2025, advancements
in PCT make it easier than ever to achieve optimal results, but responsibility
and knowledge are key to success.
