WWII Veteran Commemorates 104th Birthday on Golf Course

1.9kviews

George McInally is a WWII veteran and just experienced his 104th birthday.

Robert McInally, George’s son, said his dad wanted to “hit the links, riding along a golf course.” The last time George, from Florida, golfed was when he was 100.

Although some time has passed since then, the same golf attendant remembered George’s recognizable face.

Many family members commemorated the special day on the golf course with George. Some even wore shirts that read “104.”

George stated that the key to a long life for him was dancing, enjoying himself, and  drinking scotch. He encourages young people to stay in shape and obtain an education.
