Woman Wanted For Murder And Kidnapping Arrested At A Walmart

A woman wanted for murder in North Carolina was arrested at a Georgia walmart Sunday.
Camille Singleton,31 is accused of killing Inita Gaither,68, who is said to be a relative and kidnapping her 2 year old son.

North Carolina police went to perform a welfare check at Gaither’s residence Thursday afternoon.
When they arrived they found her deceased inside from a gunshot wound to the head.
An Amber Alert was issued for her son Dior when authorities couldn’t find him or Singleton.
Officers responded to a suspicious person call at a Georgia Walmart located on the 1100 block of Research Center Atlanta Dr.
The caller claimed that the woman matched Singleton’s description.
Officers arrived and verified the person was Singleton.
She was arrested and charged with murder.
She remains in Fulton County jail awaiting extradition back to North Carolina.
The Amber Alert was cancelled and Dior is with family members.
