Police are looking for a suspect after a woman was shot and killed in a drive by shooting in South Dallas early Wednesday morning.
Officers responded to a shooting near Robert B. Cullum and Pennsylvania Ave and when they arrived they found a woman unresponsive from a gunshot wound.
According to reports the victim got into an altercation action with the suspect at a nearby restaurant and when the victim drove away the suspect pulled up next to her and opened fire striking the woman.
The woman had three other passengers inside the vehicle and was able to drive off before crashing into a tree.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene and one of the victims inside the vehicle was grazed by a bullet and treated at the scene.
The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived but police know who she is and are looking for her.
This investigation is ongoing.
