Woman Faces Murder Charges After Man Who Fled From Her Ran Into A Nearby Home And Was Shot Multiple Times By Homeowner

Last month, a man was fatally shot by a homeowner, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Now, a woman is facing murder charges.

Authorities had first responded to someone being shot in the 900 block of Chamberlain Avenue.

Authorities stated that a homeowner had been watching television when someone had come into the residence without permission. After fearing for his safety, the homeowner shot that person multiple times.

Henri Jennings, the 48-year-old victim, was declared deceased at the scene.

Court records show that Ebony Stinson, 39, was involved in a physical dispute with Jennings, in a vehicle. She had cut his neck with a box cutter.

Eventually, Jennings got out of the car and fled to the residence on Chamberlain Ave. He made his way into the residence through the front door and got into a physical disturbance with the homeowner. That person shot Jennings three times.

Sources report that Jennings crawled out of the residence and succumbed to his injuries on the front porch.

Stinson is facing murder charges, and the homeowner hasn’t been charged in the incident, authorities say.
