A woman dressed as a UPS driver shot another woman in Washington, DC Friday night.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 1600 block of Rosedale St around 9:20pm.
Upon arrival officers found a woman suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The woman was transported to an area hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Shortly after, officers stopped the suspect vehicle on the 1400 block of Florida Avenue NE.
As officers approached the vehicle the woman shot herself.
She was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
Officers says she faces multiple charges including, assault with a deadly weapon.
After gathering evidence officers believe the woman dressed as a UPS driver and knocked on the victims door. When the victim answered she was shot multiple times before the suspect fled.
Prior to the shooting the women had some sort of confrontation with one another.
It is still unclear at this time if the suspect is an actual UPS employee or just wearing their uniform.
This investigation remains ongoing.
