On Friday, a woman was charged for endangering the welfare of a child in St. Louis, MO.

On February 1, around 3 p.m., authorities answered to a call in the 10400 block of Count Drive because 1-year-old Harmony Baker wasn’t breathing. Records show that a statement from Cherelle Nolan, 32, revealed that the child had been exposed to fentanyl.

First responders administered CPR on the child, then transported her to a medical facility where she was declared deceased.

Nolan was charged with endangering the Welfare of a Child first-degree. She is in custody on a $250,000 cash only, no 10% bond.
