A woman was taken into custody after about $450,000 worth of narcotics were discovered in a residence where four children were present. A 3-year-old was discovered with 2 kilogram of cocaine in a backpack.

Authorities with the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office, in Alabama, had gotten a tip from a source that someone, identified as 35-year-old Tierra Hill, had a great amount of drugs at the location.

After setting up surveillance, detectives observed Hill exiting the residence, and she was trailed until deputies performed a traffic stop. They then discovered 1.5 kg of cocaine, a small amount of marijuana, and a firearm in the car.

After a search warrant was executed at the residence in Harvey Court, a 3-year-old was found wearing a blue backpack. When it was searched, authorities are said to have discovered 2 kg of cocaine. Documents note that another kilogram and two firearms were discovered inside of a black backpack.

When a search of the home was done, four children, ages 3, 8, 10, and 15 were discovered at the residence without adult supervision. The cocaine and firearms had been accessible to them.

Hill has been charged with trafficking cocaine, second-degree possession of marijuana, tampering with physical evidence, and four counts of chemical endangerment of a child.
