On March 14, SWAT was called out to a residence on the 3400 block of Hillsdale Lane after officers saw a wanted felon enter a home in Garland.
According to reports, authorities saw 37 year old Manuel Acosta De La Sancha enter a home. SWAT responded immediately to the scene. They made multiple attempts to get De La Sancha outside the residence.
After multiple attempts De La Sancha exited the home and was taken into custody without further incident.
He was arrested for family violence assault with prior convictions and aggravated sexual assault of a child. Both felonies.
De La Sancha remains in Garland County Jail.
