After busting his wife and her boyfriend having sex in his Virginia home, U.S. Navy Sailor, Tyler Jenkins, 26, shot the man.
On Friday, Jenkins, from Virginia Beach, Virginia, was charged with second-degree murder in the death of Timothy Talley, III, 28.
Reports indicate that Jenkins entered his apartment that he shared with his wife and caught the two in bed together. They were “engaged in a sexual act.”
When authorities arrived on the scene, they discovered that Talley had been shot several times. He died at the scene.
“What am I doing wrong?” Talley is said to have asked his wife before shooting.
Jenkins admitted to authorities that he shot Talley three times, and a gun was found at the location.
Jenkins has been in the U.S. Navy since 2014. He is being held in jail with no bond.
He is set to appear in court again on May 12.
