Two women were arrested outside of Waco Sunday night after deputies found bloody clothes, drugs and a bloody knife inside the vehicles linking them to two dead bodies in Plano.
According to reports a deputy from McLennan County pulled a vehicle over for swerving lanes and when they did they found methamphetamines inside a purse along with a bloody knife and documents connecting them to two elderly people in Plano.
As deputies were searching Cynthia Wingate,29 vehicle a second car drove up and Carmen Moreno,23 got out of the vehicle saying she needed to speak with Wingate.
Officers then searched Moreno’s vehicle after spotting blood on her clothing, finding more drugs, a cellphone and documents belonging to a male in Plano.
Deputies contacted Plano PD and asked them to perform a welfare check on the 2300 block of Pebble Vale Dr and found out that one of the vehicles the ladies were driving was registered to that home.
Authorities then arrested both Wingate and Moreno on charges of possession of control substance, possession of a dangerous drug, possession of a fraudulent ID and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
They are being held in McLennan County Jail.
