Two DART Employees Test Positive For COVID-19 Virus

DART confirmed two of its employees tested positive for the Coronavirus in Dallas Tuesday afternoon.
The first employee was a DART police officer and the second was a DART bus operator and both employees have self isolated themselves at their homes.
DART has removed both the DART bus and police car from use and placed them in quarantine as well.
DART released a statement Tuesday afternoon saying “it remains committed to do everything possible to keep our patrons and employees safe and will continue enhanced cleaning protocols for buses, light rails and paratransit vehicles, as well as all DART office and maintenance facilities.”
