On June 23, close to 4:40 a.m., rapper Julio Foolio, 26, was fatally shot at a hotel parking lot in Tampa, Florida.
Now, three people have been arrested in relation to the shooting.
When authorities arrived to the location, they discovered two cars that had been shot at. Charles Jones, aka, Julio Foolio, who had been celebrating his birthday, died in the incident. Three other people were hurt, as well, but survived.
On July 27, 18-year-old Sean Gathright, 20-year-old Alicia Andrews, and 21-year-old Isaiah Chance Jr. were all taken into custody in Jacksonville.
Authorities have noted that they are still searching for two other individuals in relation to the shooting. They are Rashad Murphy, 30, and Davion Murphy, 27.
Officials say that the assailants were in or associated with rival gangs of Jones.
An investigation is continuing.
