Texas Woman Arrested After Pushing Child’s Head Into Toilet, Making Him Drink Toilet Water

On April 3, 2024, a woman in Woodway, Texas, Claudia Velediaz-Bonifazi was apprehended and is now facing a charge of injury to a child with intent to cause bodily injury. This comes after the child that she was caring for made an outcry to school workers.

Investigators found out that the young child had experienced multiple violent incidences, such as being punched, struck with certain objects, and being starved for certain periods of time.

Reports indicate that the child had gone to school and told his teachers and counselor that he was pulled by his hair to a bathroom and was made to drink water from a toilet.

The child added that some of his hair had been ripped out.

Child Protective Services is looking into the matter, and the child has been removed from the residence and is with a family member.
