Texas Teen Pleads Guilty To Federal Drug Charges

A Texas teen known as “Steve-O” pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance Tuesday.

18 year old Stephen Brinson was charged back in March and was responsible for the wide spread of counterfeit pills in North Texas.

Brinson was selling the pills out of a Flower Mound residence and also a main supplier of the deadly fentanyl laced pills in Carrolton.

According to reports, Brinson used social media to post the round blue pills marked M30 to resemble oxycodone pills.

During the investigation officers found 1,800 fentanyl-laced pills, cocaine, marijuana and two guns in the Flower Mound home.

While in custody Brinson admitted to supplying 20 year old Donovan Andrews out of Carrolton along with a few others.

Brinson is now facing up to 40 years in prison.
