Texas Man Dies At Pecan Grove Park While Trying To Save His Wife From Drowning

Thursday evening, Sherman Keith Craddock, died after jumping into Dean Gilbert lake at Pecan Grove Park to save his wife who had been struggling in the water.
Keith had been originally there to fish with his family, but he had unfortunately lost his life at thirty two years old.
Police stated that they were able to recover the body after a three hour search and that the wife was able to safely return to shore.
Sherman Police Sgt. Brett Mullen stated that “The man went to help her out of the water and in that process, he went under and never resurfaced.”
