A Texas high school baseball coach, who is also a physics teacher, was attacked by four middle school students. This came after the students were instructed to stop playing around on their dirt bikes.
Michael Shott is employed at Langham Creek High School, close to Houston. He is seen on camera footage being chased. He then falls to the ground after the group began to punch him. One student recorded the incident.
“I heard there were kids doing donuts and stuff. The coach wasn’t happy with it. He asked them politely to stop doing that. The kids weren’t having that. They decided to jump him,” stated Logan Wisnieswki.
The students were arrested. A school shooting threat was said to have then been posted on social media.
People close to Shott said that he was healing after suffering a broken arm.
“I was shocked. I kind of didn’t want to go to school today. I was really trying to see if I could go home,” stated Xavier Houston, a student.
“Our administrative team is aware of a video circulating. It involves several Aragon Middle School students in an incident at Langham Creek High School,” said the school’s principal, Jose Martinez.
