A 14 year old boy was accidentally shot in the head by his twin brother after seeing a snake in a ditch near their home.
Officials are saying the boys were near the ditch when they saw a snake and ran into the house and grabbed two .22 calibers and while one brother shot at the snake the other brother bent over and the bullet ricocheted off the ground and struck him in the head. The boy was rushed to the hospital where officials say he later died.
The boys names have not been identified because of their ages but say no criminal charges have been filed at this time.
