A man died Friday after being shot by a teenager Monday night in Dallas.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 1200 block of Holcomb Rd and when they arrived they found William Kelly Duncan,48 on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
He was transported to a hospital and placed on life support.
The suspect Gavin McFarland,19 was later arrested and taken into custody where he refused to give a voluntary statement.
Duncan died Friday and McFarland was charged with murder and aggravated assault with a weapon.
He remains in custody on a $1 million bond.
