Sweetie Pie’s Owner Charged In Murder For Hire Plot On His Nephew’s

The owner of Jackson’s Welcome To Sweetie Pie’s restaurant has been arrested for allegedly conspiring with an exotic dancer in Memphis in a murder for hire plot against his nephew.
James Timothy Norman,41 was arrested Tuesday for his role in the 2016 death of his nephew Andre Montgomery.
According to reports Norman hired Terica Ellis and others and used a burner cellphone to commit a murder for hire in exchange for money.
Norman allegedly took out a $450,000 insurance policy on his nephew Andre Montgomery,18 in 2014 in which he was the sole beneficiary.
He then met with Ellis, an exotic dancer from Memphis who spoke with his nephew days before the killing and informed him that she would be visiting St.Louis.
Ellis and Norman communicated through the burner phones all the way up until Montgomery’s death.
Once Ellis learned Norman’s nephews location she contacted Norman.
On March 14 Montgomery was shot and killed on the 3900 block of Natural Bridge Avenue.
Days after the murder Ellis deposited over $9000 in various bank accounts.
Norman was arrested Tuesday and charged with conspiracy to use interstate commerce facilities in the commission of a murder for hire, resulting in death.
Terica Ellis was also charged by complaint with conspiracy to use interstate commerce facilities in the commission of murder for hire, resulting in death.
