Suspects Killed After Injuring 5 Undercover Houston Officers

Two suspects involved in the Houston shooting that injured 5 undercover officers were shot and killed Monday.
Houston undercover narcotic officers were trying to serve a search warrant to a home on the southeast side of Houston to a suspected drug house and when they arrived to the home Dennis Tuttle,59 and Rhogena Nicholas,58 were inside.
When officers tried to go inside the home the suspects opened fire.
A total of 5 officers were shot. Two officers were shot in the face and are expected to survive one will have to undergo multiple surgeries, then one was treated for a shoulder injury and released, the other suffered a knee injury and the other was shot but is listed in stable condition.
Officers retrieved marijuana, a white unknown substance and two rifles.
Chief Acevedo says he will not release the names of the injured officers due to the nature of their work.
