Suspects Charged With Capital Murder In Connection With 2019 Murder Of Two People Found Dead In A Driveway
Two males have been charged with capital murder for the 2019 death of a man and woman.
The incident happened on the 4400 block of Cicero St in August of 2019 when officers responded to a shooting call.
Upon arrival officers found Jennifer Hernandez,39 and Kenneth Wesley,26 , shot in the driveway next to a parked green Mercury Grand Marquis.
Hernandez was pronounced dead at the scene and Wesley was transported to a nearby hospital where he later died from his injuries.
On Tuesday June 30 Dakerrick Hamilton,27 and Adrian Ashley,26 were both charged for the murders of Jennifer Hernandez and Kenneth Wesley.
They have both been charged with capital murder.
Hamilton remains in jail on a $400,000 bond and Ashley remains in jail on a $750,000 bond.
