A 20 year old was arrested and charged with murder after a shooting at a Shell gas station Wednesday morning in Dallas.
According to reports officers responded to a shooting call at a Shell gas station located at 7027 S RL Thornton Frwy.
Upon arrival officers found the victim Christian Pollard,22 unresponsive inside a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds.
Once DFR arrived they pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
Witnesses told police they say a male fleeing the scene in a black Chevrolet Impala.
During the course of the investigation officers learned that Jataivious Maxwell was responsible for the fatal shooting and he was arrested and transported to Lew Sterrett jail and charged with murder.
