A teacher has been arrested for having sex with a student in her classroom during a pep rally in Louisiana. 
According to reports Constance Robertson,25, a substitute teacher for Port Barre High School, allegedly had sex with with a 16 year old student that she thought was 18 in her classroom Monday while a pep rally was going on. 
School officials say they got word of the incident when the victim was showing all of his friends and they heard students talking about it. 
Once they spoke with the student and obtained his phone they found evidence of the two having relations and quickly notified police.
Robertson was taken into custody and is in Port Barre Jail being held. If convicted she could face 10 years imprisonment and a $5000 fine. 
She has been terminated from working at any St. Landry Parish Schools.
