On Wednesday, November 17, a little after 1 p.m., a shooting occurred during a robbery in the 1800 block of North Galloway in Mesquite.

Authorities say that a worker at Victoria’s Beauty Supply was shot.

As a result, the store clerk lost his life after being transported to a medical facility.

Authorities do not have any information on the assailant nor have they apprehended anyone in the matter. The investigation is continuing.
