Slain 21 Year Old Baltimore Beauty Salon Owner Told Authorities “I’m scared for my life and business” Days Before Her Death

A 21 year old Baltimore beauty salon owner was shot and killed inside her salon days after someone broke into her business and stole over $3,000 worth of merchandise.
Officers responded to the Madam D Beauty Bar on Milton Ave Saturday evening and found Destiny Harrison,21 suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
She was rushed to an area hospital where she was pronounced dead.
According to reports Harrison had filed charges against two people 12 days prior to her death after she caught them stealing bundles of hair from her salon.
She told authorities that she demanded her property back and that’s when one of the suspects held her down while the other punched and stomped her.
The suspects then fled the scene.
In a reports Harrison told authorities “ I’m scared for my life and business” and that she knew one of the suspects had a violent background.
The couple was later arrested and charged with assault, theft and battery.
Police are still searching for Harrison’s killer.
Several people were inside the salon at the time of the murder and police are ask anyone with information to please come forward or call Crime Stoppers.
