A man was shot in his buttock early Saturday morning near a Dallas strip mall during a shootout. 
Dallas police responded to a shooting call on the 4500 block of Village Fair Dr and when they arrived they found a man suffering from a single gunshot wound to his right butt cheek at a nearby gas station.
Multiple witnesses told police that there were several suspects shooting at one another. 
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition and officers arrested one suspect on a deadly conduct charge.
Detectives are investigating the cause of the shootout.
