A man died after being shot in South Dallas late Thursday night.
Officers responded to the 2900 block of Peabody Ave and when they arrived they found a 40 year old male suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was transported to a nearby hospital where he died from his injuries.
The victims name has not been released at this time.
No suspects are in custody.
This investigation is ongoing.
