Officers responded to a shooting call on the 4700 block of Meadows Street in the Rosemont apartments and when they arrived a 14 year old boy had been shot in the arm.
The teen was transported to a nearby hospital in good condition.
Authorities say the suspect fled the scene after the shooting and they have not released anymore information.
This investigation is ongoing.
