On Sunday, August 4, 2019, at approximately 5:00 PM. The Lancaster Police Department responded to a shooting in progress in the 1000 block of Rawlins Drive.
Officers arrived on scene and were able to apprehend a male suspect. He was taken into custody without incident. A female at the scene sustained multiple gunshot wounds. She was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
This is an isolated incident. This remains an ongoing investigation.
