Garland police are investigating the death of a 17 year old male shot and killed Monday afternoon.
Garland police responded to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital for a shooting victim and when they arrived they were advised that the victim Christopher Cardoza,17 has died from his injuries.
Authorities believe Cardoza was shot in a Garland parking lot after meeting with someone on the 3600 block of South First Street.
This shooting is under investigation.
