The Garland Police Department and the Garland Fire Department arrived to the scene of a shooting at about 3:15 p.m. on January 14, 2024. This was in the 2300 block of West Buckingham Road.
They then discovered two people who had been shot by an unidentified suspect.
Both victims later died from their wounds.
Authorities learned that the suspect left the location in an unknown vehicle.
Investigators in Garland are now investigating and gathering evidence.
