The city of Rockwall has two confirmed cases of the Coronavirus.
Although additional details haven’t been given Rockwall County Judge Sweet issued a “shelter in place” Tuesday to try and stop the spread of the virus to take place at 11:59pm on March 24 and to end at 11:59pm on April 15.
