A rideshare employee was arrested for aggravated assault of a minor last week by Plano police.
On July 9, 31 year old Robert Johnson III responded to a pickup request in Frisco, around 2 p.m., where he picked up a 12 year old.
During the ride Johnson pulled over on the 4200 block of Legacy Drive where he then sexually assaulted the child. The child notified their parents and a police report was filed.
On July 12 a warrant for aggravated sexual assault of a child was issued for Johnson’s arrest.
On July 15 Johnson was arrested by Plano police and booked into Collin County jail.
