A man is dead after an argument Monday afternoon between two men.
According to reports officers responded to a shooting call on 5505 Plum Grove Lane and when they arrived they found Michael Mires,31 suffering from a gunshot wound in the head.
The two men had some sort of disagreement before Gary Lenard Shaw,38 pulled out a gun and opened fire.
Mires was transported to Methodist hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Authorities have an active murder warrant for Shaw and detectives are still investigating.
