On Sunday evening at 11:26 p.m. Medical City Plano, located at 3901 W 15th Street, requested assistance from the Plano Police Department.
When officers arrived at the hospital, they learned that a parent brought their unresponsive child to the ER seeking medical attention. According to authorities, medical personnel performed life-saving measures but the child was pronounced deceased.
Detectives are working to determine the manner in which the child died, however, the official cause of death will be ruled by the Collin County Medical Examiner’s Office.
No arrests have been made at this time.
