A pedestrian was struck and killed by a drunk driver in Uptown Sunday evening.
Officers responded to the 2900 block of Routh Street and when they arrived they found a person laying on the ground.
They were transported to a nearby hospital where they were pronounced dead.
A suspect is in custody.
