A shooting at a Highland Hills convenience store left one woman shot and a man dead Wednesday night.
According to reports two vehicles were shooting at one one another near the 3500 block of Simpson Stuart Rd and during the shooting they struck two innocent bystanders and left bullet holes in a third persons car but they were unharmed.
The incident happened at the Hi Mart and the woman was struck in the hand while sitting in the car with two younger children and a man was struck while standing in the parking lot.
Both victims were transported to a nearby hospital where the male suspect was pronounced dead.
He was later identified as Morris Martin,57.
A witness told police that the suspects were in grey and white sedans.
This investigation is ongoing.
