Officers responded to a shooting call at Southern Oaks apartments located on the 3400 block of Southern Oaks Dr.
Upon arrival officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was transported to a nearby hospital with his condition unknown.
During investigation officers learned that there was a family dispute between two males that ended in gunfire.
The suspect fled the scene before officers could arrive.
