Oklahoma Father Arrested For Murder After His Two Kids Were Found Dead In Hot Car Has Been Released From Jail After New Surveillance Footage

An Oklahoma father who was arrested after he found his two children dead inside a hot car has been released from jail.
According to reports Dennis Dustin,31 was arrested Saturday after he found his children in the floor of their vehicle after he woke from a nap five hours later.
He brought his children inside the home and contacted police but they were unable to save his 4 year old daughter Tegan and his 3 year old son Ryan.
He was initially arrested and charged with two counts of second degree murder but after new surveillance footage from a neighbors camera a judge released Dustin Monday from jail.
The video surveillance showed him leaving with his children and returning back home with them. Then it shows the children climb back in the car on their own.
No formal charges have been filed at this time.
