Ohio Parents Facing Charges After 2 Year Old Daughter Freezes

Two parents from Akron, Ohio are facing felony charges after their 2 year old daughter froze to death on their front porch.
According to authorities the mother Tierra M. Williams,22 left her daughter home with the father Dariaun D. Parker,24, who works overnight. Williams says she left Wynter Parker with the dad while she went to go run a few errands and when she returned home she found her daughter on the front porch froze unresponsive.
Williams called police and told them that her daughter was unresponsive and had wandered outside. Emergency crew arrived and transported Wynter to Akron Children’s Hospital where she later died from hypothermia.
Both parents have been charged with felony child endangerment and their court date is for Friday at 12:30 in Akron Municipal Court.
