Officer Involved Shooting In Garland Leaves A Man In Critical Condition

A suspect was shot during an officer involved shooting in Garland Monday morning at a convenience store.
According to Garland police they responded to an aggravated robbery call on the 100 block of E. Buckingham Rd, with a man inside the store behind the counter with a knife.
When officers arrived they encountered the suspect and shots were fired.
The suspect was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
This investigation is ongoing.
