Off Duty Police Officer Arrested In Florida After He Allegedly Urinated In A Hotel Bar Ice Machine

A Chicago police officer was arrested in Florida after he allegedly urinated in an ice machine at a bar.

The incident happened at Jimmy B’s Bar at the Beachcomber Hotel in St. Pete Beach, Florida while 30 year old Officer Henry Capouch was vacationing.

According to reports, an employee was going to get ice when they noticed Capouch urinating in the ice machine. The employee asked him to stop and Capouch began cursing at him and pushing him.

Authorities were called to the bar located on the 6200 block of Gulf Boulevard. When they arrived the employee directed them to the beach area where Capouch was sitting with his girlfriend.

Capouch tried to resist arrest but was eventually detained and taken into custody. He was charged with battery and disorderly conduct.

The Chicago Police Department said Capouch was relieved of his police duties pending the outcome of the investigation.
