Nurse Kills Five Patients By Injecting Bleach Into Their Veins

A Lufkin nurse was arrested after she was caught injecting bleach in her dialysis patients.
Kimberly Saenz,38 has caused several deaths and injuries at DaVita Dialysis clinic in Lufkin, Texas.
She was arrested after a boom in emergency calls led to an investigation within the clinic, but she pleaded not guilty and was released on bail.

If she is found guilty she they hope to put her on the death penalty.
Investigators were alerted to this because of an anonymous letter pleading the health department inspectors to come and see why they keep getting numerous calls for the paramedics.
The letter follows as stated, “In the last two weeks, we have transported sixteen patients. This seems a little abnormal and disturbing to my med crews. Could these calls be investigated by you?”
