North Texas Physician’s Medical License Suspended After Being Arrested On Child Sexual Assault Charges

A Plan physicians license was suspended by the Medical Board after he was arrested on charges of child sexual assault and drug possession.
According to records Timothy Collins,53 was arrested on October 31 and booked into Tarrant County Jail on two counts of sexual assault of a child and one count of possession of a control substance of 1 to 4 grams.
His bond was set at $52,500 which he posted the next day.
The Medical Board temporarily suspended Morris’s license without notice Thursday saying “after determining his continuation in the practice of medicine poses a continuing threat to public welfare.”
Collins has been practicing family medicine since 1995.
